·        Manage the implementation function providing support directly to clients while executing their technical needs using our technology.

·        Develop and implement AI-powered risk assessment tools, collaborate with clients, and provide ongoing support to ensure accurate and actionable safety insights.

What you bring to the team:

·        Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or related fields.

·        Experience in implementing technical solutions, customer success, or similar roles, preferably in AI or risk management solutions.

·        Proficiency with SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

·        Experience working with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).

·        Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients to deliver custom solutions.

·        Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus, but not required.

·        Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

·        Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

·        Proficiency in using work management platforms like Slack, Airtable, Linear, and Asana.

We Offer

For salaried positions: Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually in this location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.

Location & Work Environment

This role operates in an office environment with a work-from-home element in our hybrid schedule. In the performance of the duties and responsibilities of this job, you will be required to view a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time.

Additionally, this role may involve travel to client offices and locations from time to time on an as-needed basis.
